Denim Recycling 101
When denim is recycled through the Blue Jeans Go Green™ program, the old denim is transformed into new useful products such as building insulation, thermal packaging material, pet bed inserts, industrial mattresses and more. Thanks to Blue Jeans Go Green™, over 3.9 million pieces of denim have been diverted from landfills - that's over 1.950 tons of textile waste.

FAQs
WHAT TYPE OF DENIM CAN BE RECYCLED?
You can contribute any type of denim apparel item - jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts and more. It can be colored, embellished, destructed and/or printed. The denim can also be in any condition - ripped, stained, etc.
DOES MY DENIM NEED TO BE 100% COTTON TO BE RECYCLED?
We do accept blends. We just ask that the denim item(s) you're recycling be high cotton content and contain at least 90% cotton.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DENIM THAT YOU RECEIVE?
One of the ways that Blue Jeans Go Green™ recycles old denim is by working with Bonded Logic, Inc., to transform it into insulating material for various applications like building insulation, thermal packaging insulation, pet bed inserts and other projects. WHAT CAN I PURCHASE WITH MY 20% OFF REWARD?
Your 20% off reward is valid on the purchase of any denim jacket, denim shirt or pair of jeans. Our in-store stylists can help you find the perfect fit. The purchase must be made on the same day in the same PAIGE store where the old denim was recycled.
HOW MANY PAIRS OF DENIM CAN I RECYCLE?
There is no limit! For every piece of denim that you bring to a PAIGE store to recycle, we will give you 20% off a new pair that day.
WHERE CAN I RECYCLE MY PRE-LOVED DENIM IF I DON'T LIVE NEAR A PAIGE STORE?
