PAIGE offers a Loyalty Program related to the collection, retention, or sale of Personal Information that may be deemed a “financial incentive” or “price or service difference” under various laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Under the PAIGE Loyalty Program, customers can earn rewards, accumulate points on purchases, access exclusive promotions, and get invitations to exclusive store events. Loyalty Program members can also receive promotional offers, such as free products, discounts, coupons, and opportunities to participate in other promotions. As part of the Loyalty Program we collect personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, purchase history, and date of birth.

Participation in our Loyalty Program is always optional, and you can terminate your participation in the program at any time as describe in the program’s Terms & Conditions. Each financial incentive or price or service difference (“offer”) related to the collection and use of your personal information is based upon our reasonable, and good faith determination of the estimated value of such information to our business, taking into account the value of the offer itself and the anticipated revenue generation that may be realized by rewarding brand loyalty. We calculate he value of the offer and financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer.
